Update: 1:15 PM ET: Reports indicate the shooter was 25-year-old Connor Sturgeon.

Update: 11:36 AM ET: Police had been warned that a 25-year-old white male had texted a friend saying he was going “to kill everyone at the bank”.

Update: 11:03 AM ET: An employee at Old National Bank said that the shooting began in the “back conference room” of the bank. “He just started shooting,” the employee of the bank said. Police have also confirmed that the shooter was a past employee of the bank.

Update: 10:34 AM ET: At least 4 dead (not confirmed if this includes the shooter). 8 injured, including Louisville police officer. Reports indicate that this was NOT a bank robbery.

Update: 10:27 AM ET: At least 4 dead and 6 transported to the hospital in Louisville KY, according to early reports.

Update: 10:20 AM ET: Louisville Police have stated that the threat is neutralized.

“There is no longer an active aggressor threat. The suspected shooter has been neutralized.”
