UPDATE: Mass Shooting in Washington DC (Updated Every 5 Minutes)

UPDATE 2:15PM ET: It’s now confirmed that one man is dead and three others have been injured following the shooting that took place a little before 12:30PM ET today.

UPDATE 1:19PM ET: According to early reports, at lead one person has been pronounced dead in this shooting.

Another tragic incident unfolded today in Washington DC as at least four people were reportedly shot outside the Stewart Funeral Home located on the 4000 block of Benning Road Northeast.

The area is now under heavy scrutiny as law enforcement searches for the perpetrator. As a result, Minnesota Avenue NE East & West has been closed until further notice, adding tension to the already disrupted community.
