Like everything else. Republicans keep blocking or diminishing new border policy, any decent infrastructure improvement and now even their own carpetbag for mass shootings. And then blaming Democrats, or statues, or peoples personal choices. How can insane cult members understand the need for, or implement the proper channels to elevate mental health care when they’re so busy blocking access to physical healthcare? Answer-they can’t. And are by and large unqualified to serve.
